Katie Quilligan

Katie Quilligan is a Principal at BankTech Ventures, where she identifies and invests in bank-enabling fintechs that drive innovation in banking. She works closely with the fund's LP banks to navigate emerging technologies and helps founders scale in a regulated industry. Before BankTech, Katie invested at a seed-stage fund and led audience growth and digital strategy initiatives at American Express. She holds a BS from New York University and an MBA from UCLA. Katie is a frequent fintech contributor, featured in publications such as The Financial Brand, BankBeat, and PitchBook, and presents at industry events, including Finovate and FinAi Banking Summit. Passionate about empowering women in fintech, Katie was named to the Women in FinTech Powerlist by Innovate Finance and recognized on NYC Fintech Women's Inspiring Fintech Females list.
