Rumika Sharma

Rumika is an Investor at BankTech Ventures, focused on sourcing, due diligence, and supporting early-stage fintech and bank-enabling technology companies. Previously, she worked at Milemark Capital, an early-stage, AI-focused venture capital fund based in Boston, where she focused on AI infrastructure and deep tech investments. Prior to that, Rumika worked in private equity and at a growth-stage audio AI startup in Paris. She holds an MBA in Quantitative Finance from Babson College and HEC Paris and brings a global perspective shaped by experience across the U.S., Europe, and India. Earlier in her career, Rumika was a founder of a consumer brand in India, which she scaled across e-commerce and national retail channels. Rumika is actively involved in the Boston startup ecosystem and has organized events with Techstars and Startup Boston. She has a deep passion for technology and finance and enjoys working closely with founders building the future of financial services.
