Rumika Sharma

Rumika Sharma is an Investor at BankTech Ventures, focused on sourcing, due diligence, and supporting early-stage, bank-enabling technology companies. Before BankTech, she invested in AI infrastructure and deep tech at Milemark Capital, an early-stage fund in Boston, after working in private equity and at a growth-stage audio AI startup in Paris. Earlier in her career she founded a consumer brand in India and scaled it across e-commerce and national retail, an operator's education that shapes how she works with founders today. She holds an MBA in Quantitative Finance from Babson College and HEC Paris, and brings a global perspective built across the U.S., Europe, and India.
