Ryan is the Community and Operations Manager at BankTech Ventures, building the connective tissue across the fund's network of community banks, portfolio companies, and partners. He runs the operations behind everything the community touches, from the Annual Summit to the systems, events, and communications that keep the fund running with precision and personality, including the AI-powered platform he built to make the whole team work smarter. Before BankTech, Ryan led people operations and talent acquisition for a leading education technology company, including a leadership role in China where he built and developed teams across cultures. Getting the right people in the right rooms has been his job on two continents, and it still is. A proud product of his Boston years, Ryan now works from Florida.
