Before joining BankTech, Ryan spent nearly a decade in the startup space, leading people operations and program management initiatives that balanced scale with a human touch. A first-generation college graduate, he earned his BA in World Languages and Cultures from Salem State University. His career began with an adventurous two-year stint in China, where he honed his adaptability and global mindset—skills he now brings to the fast-moving world of fintech and community banking.
