Tal is a Principal at BankTech Ventures, focused on early-stage, bank-enabling fintechs, leading sourcing, evaluation, investment, and founder support across the full investment lifecycle. She partners closely with founders and strategic stakeholders to build enduring companies at the intersection of technology and financial services. Previously, Tal was on the investment team at FIS Ventures, the corporate venture arm of FIS® (Fidelity National Information Services), where she led sourcing and diligence for startups aligned with FIS’s core businesses in banking, payments, and capital markets. She later joined FIS’s strategic partnerships team, managing commercial relationships with hyperscalers and enterprise clients to drive innovation and growth. Before entering venture capital, Tal was an operator and founding team member at an AI startup, helping shape the company’s strategy, partnerships, go-to-market, and investor relations through early customer traction and scaling. Born and raised in Israel, Tal was a professional dancer and served in the IDF’s intelligence unit before studying Finance in New York City. Passionate about backing founders early in their journey, she takes a hands-on approach from zero to one and beyond, supporting teams through key inflection points and long-term scale.
