Tal Sigura

Tal Sigura is a Principal at BankTech Ventures, focused on early-stage, bank-enabling fintechs. She leads sourcing, evaluation, and investment across the full lifecycle, and partners closely with founders through their earliest inflection points. Before BankTech, Tal was on the investment team at FIS Ventures, the corporate venture arm of FIS, leading sourcing and diligence across banking, payments, and capital markets, and later managed strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and enterprise clients. Before venture, she was a founding team member at an AI startup, shaping strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market through early traction. Born and raised in Israel, Tal was a professional dancer and served in the IDF's intelligence unit before studying finance in New York, which may explain why nothing about a founder's journey intimidates her.
